Allam Zia

Allam returns to the Group, where he was previously Director of Transformation and Change and Greenlight, prior to its acquisition by BDO. Allam is highly qualified to deliver comprehensive business solutions to BDO’s clients with certifications in PRINCE2 Project Management, P3O® and DISCOVER. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner (Green Belt) and Microsoft Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist as well as an APMG Change Management Practitioner.

Through his wide-reaching experience and skills, Allam’s primary role is to engage with the c-suite of mid-market organisations to identify issues that need to be addressed by their Boards and provide management consulting solutions to assist them. In this new role, he will help improve client’s overall performance and enable them to achieve their goals by providing expert advice and recommendations on things like strategy, operations, finance, and organisational structure.
