Clare joined a predecessor firm of BDO in Jersey in 2003, having previously trained and worked at Deloitte.
Clare has 20+ years of audit and outsourcing experience in Jersey and London across a broad range of local and international clients within the financial services, commercial, real estate and public sectors.
She originally led the development of the Audit & Assurance practice, and then subsequently established the Business Services & Outsourcing practice. Clare previously served as Vice President of the Jersey Society of Chartered and Certified Accountants and Chair of its Technical Group.
Clare was appointed as Group CFO on 1 July 2020.
