Graham is a Senior Manager in the Transformation and Change practice within the Advisory Division. He is a highly experienced project programme and portfolio manager and has transformed many aspects of operations in government and global organisations spanning; revenue administration legal, banking, compliance, pharmaceutical, investments, funds, trust & company administration, wealth management and accountancy industry sectors.
Graham has led a number of very large programmes including implementing enterprise compliance management systems across North America’s largest Investments solution provider and the world’s largest pharmaceutical’s European operations. He is currently managing the “Building Revenue Jersey” Programme for the Government of Jersey and has been awarded the Chartered Management Institute’s Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Leadership and the Project Management Professional qualification of the Project Management Institute.
