Jordan is a Manager in Transformation and Change practice within the Advisory Division. His main passion is business technology and believes we can create better customer experiences whilst improving the end business outcome. Jordan enjoys working with people and is passionate about sustainability and recently led a project that won the Sustainability award in the Digital Jersey Tech Awards.
He has experience managing multiple large-scale change programmes across multiple sectors, focusing on digital transformation, customer engagement strategy development, implementing PMO standards and driving cultural change.
He has led the creation and implementation of a digital e-commerce product for a major public sector client to transform traditional customer interaction, to increase e-commerce transactions and been focussing on business process automation for a major blue-chip bank.
