Peter is a highly experienced and astute C-level Executive and Board level leader, having established a successful international banking career with two leading blue chip global organisations, having worked and lived in Europe, Asia, Africa and North America. He specialises in driving transformation change in operational capability and performance in all aspects of client focus, people, risk/compliance, efficiency and transformation.
He has specialised in turning around underperforming businesses and functions in multi-jurisdictional environments, by taking a systematic approach to problem-solving that is used to provide sustainable solutions through root cause problem solving analysis. This resulted in well run, efficient operations with effective leadership teams, engaged colleagues and a step change in the business and operational performance.
Peter has exceptional skills and experience with a strong track record of delivery, that are applicable across multiple industries including financial services, public sector, technology, utilities, and arm’s length organisations.
