Compliance Support

We supply experienced compliance support personnel (screened by BDO) for short, medium- and longer-term projects as your specific requirements demand.

Support can be scaled to task (in terms of experience and/or number of staff) to cover remediation projects, compliance function shortfalls arising from maternity leave, managing a gap in transition of key person roles (e.g., to cover notice periods or garden leave), extended staff illness or due to expansion through acquisition of a business or book of clients.

Personnel at all levels can be supplied, whether your requirement is for experienced individuals supporting principal or key person roles, business as usual functions such as compliance monitoring and periodic reviews or increased administrative capacity such as CDD collation and developing customer profiles.

Our regulatory compliance support services include mentoring of compliance officers, money laundering compliance officers and money laundering reporting officers -particularly where personnel are new to their role and where resources or time are limited.
