We are able to perform business analysis on a variety of initiatives within an organisation. This may be strategic, tactical, or operational.  We can do this within the boundaries of a project or through continuous improvement activities.  It can be used to understand the current state, to define the future state, and to determine what needs to happen to make the transition.

Our highly skilled team can investigate business problems or opportunities, identifying and evaluating options for improving business systems, defining requirements and ensuring the effective use of technology in meeting the needs of the business. The type of business analysis services we offer vary, but in the main include:

Investigating business systems, taking a holistic view of the situation. This might include examining elements of the organisation structures and staff development issues as well as current processes and IT systems.

Evaluating ways to improve the operation of a system or process.  As part of this, we would also consider current operating models and any people development needs, to ensure they are in line with any proposed process redesign or technology change.

Eliciting and defining business requirements for a new system using best practices methodologies and standards of documentation.
